Overview
Wijqíh Se was founded durring the late 15th century in summer of the year 1393, by Zlîb Pughankland. The establishment of Wijqíh Se was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Wijqíh Se's construction back out of the project. Zlîb Pughankland pushed on reguardles, and Wijqíh Se was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Wijqíh Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wijqíh Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Wijqíh Se is is constructed arround a semi-circular restrictive cobblestone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. The robustly designed timber walls has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Wijqíh Se has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Wijqíh Se ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Even with that as it is, everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or much of both. The town should be gone, not dying. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable.

Cultural Notes
While Wijqíh Se has a public leader, the real authority is hidden from outsiders. This ruler may draw their authority from rationales unacceptable to outsiders, they may have cowed the public authority into obedience, or they may have a mutually beneficial private arrangement with the official ruler.
Wijqíh Se's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
In Wijqíh Se every night at precisely midnight every structure in town is engulfed by sailors fire until the end of the witching hour.
The Bumblebee, Giant Worker near Wijqíh Se are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Wijqíh Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves square dance to channel Mysticism energies of tier 1 via recitation of scripture.
